Instructions:

1. Gently bend the grill to fit the shape of your mouth

2. Place the silicon molding bar into the opening of the grill

3. Adjust the back hooks of the grill so that the molding bar fits tightly

4. Boil water and use tweezers/tongs to pick up the grillz and molding bar together and place them into the water

5. Submerge the grill and molding bar for 20-30 seconds or until the molding bars start to become clear

•To refit the molding bar, repeat steps 4-6

6. Using tongs to pick up the grillz, place them on to your teeth while the molding bar is still soft.

Adjust as necessary. then keep them in place for about 2 minutes so the molding bars can harden

🔥For best results, fit one grill at a time so the molding bars don't stick to each other while in the boiling water
