At Iceeskies, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality grillz, dental accessories, and apparel. Each item is thoroughly inspected before being shipped to ensure exceptional quality and hygiene.

🦷 Grillz & Tooth Gems (Dental Jewelry)

Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of our grillz and tooth jewelry, all sales are final.

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for used or worn dental items.

Once the item has been tried on, it is considered used and cannot be restocked or resold for sanitary reasons.

Please make sure you’re fully satisfied with your selection before placing your order.

 

👕 Apparel (Clothing)

If your clothing item does not fit, we’ll be happy to help you exchange it for a different size.

Return Conditions:

 • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

 • Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the order.

 • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

How to exchange:

 1. Email us at iceskies.info@gmail.com with your order number.

 2. Mention the size you received and the size you want.

 3. We’ll confirm availability and send return instructions.

We strongly recommend checking our Size Chart before ordering to avoid unnecessary returns.

 

❌ Non-returnable items:

 • All custom dental products (grillz, skies)

 • Worn or used items

 • Sale or clearance items

 

📦 Damaged or wrong item?

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo, and we’ll make it right.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at iceskies.info@gmail.com.

Please note that the RARI1 collection is not eligible for returns or exchanges.

All orders for RARI1 were custom-made per customer request. Once you placed your pre-order, your order was sent directly to the factory for production, and the quantity of tracksuits was strictly produced to match customer orders.

These sales were final, and no additional stock is available.
